The property is a 1930's semi-detached house. We are looking to have the following done:

Two alcove floor to ceiling (or near ceiling) book shelves with cabinets in the living room. One of these cabinets will need to hold vinyl records and a hi-fi system. And some sort of built in lighting could be lovely. There are sockets in each alcove. Since the house is 1930s, we were hoping to create the shelves in a style that reflected the era. We attach a number of examples we found online. Your website also had similar styled shelves. We would like to have them painted white to match the trim in the house.The measurements of the alcoves are 89cm wide, 36.5cm deep, and 262cm high; 118.5cm wide, 35.5 deep and 263cm high. We assume the depth will be determined on functionality and use. We attach a poor photo of the space.
Two tall wardrobes in the master bedroom. Again, we attach photos of some styles we think will fit the era of the house. The measurements are 88cm wide, 36cm depth and 296 high; 159cm wide, 36 deep and 296 high. Again, we assume the depth of the wardrobes will need to stick out a bit to accommodate hanging clothes. We also attach a photo of that space.
A wardrobe with drawers and storage area in a large eve space in the guest room. We attach a photo of a similar type space and solutions, as well as photos of the actual space. The measurements are 338 wide, 89cm deep, and slanted ceiling.
A floor to ceiling book shelve in a small alcove in the office, plus a book shelve along the wall under an eve. The measurement of the alcove space is 163cm wide, 35cm deep, and 208cm high. The eve space is 377cm wide 66cm tall. We attach photos of the actual space, and some examples of shelves I found online.

A few notes. We would like all the things you build to match in terms of style. And, to all be painted the same white. We are open to any ideas in terms of style and functionality and form your website you are clearly gifted in designing nice spaces. Except for the living room all rooms have new carpets put in by the seller (we will be removing the carpet for wood floors in the living room). I assume you will need to remove the carpet in the other rooms where you build the shelves, etc. I think that covers the details. Lastly, we are also looking for a builder who could potentially lay new wood floors on the bottom floor of the house (living room, dinning room, hall and kitchen). We also need to have a dishwasher put into an existing kitchen cabinet as well as a washing machine fitted into an upstairs bathroom (perhaps with a nice cabinet built to hide it. If you are also interested in doing this work, then we would love to speak to you about that as well. Or, perhaps you have a trusted friend in the business that you could recommend. Our guess is th at this will be the first in many jobs in the future, since the property is basically a blank canvas. All remodelled, but only the basics.

Ash

Ash colour is generally creamy to light tan, occasionally with a dark brown to black streaked heartwood. It is tough, heavy, straight grained and flexible, coarse but even in texture. It is non durable but can be treated for use in exterior and interior furniture and joinery.

American Cherry

American Cherry varies in colour from reddish-brown to either deep red or a lighter red-brown. It generally has brown flecks and small gum pockets. It has a fine, straight, close grain, a smooth texture and a rich lustre. It is moderately durable and can used for both exterior and interior furniture and joinery.

American White Oak

American White Oak can vary in colour from light tan or pale yellow-brown, to dark or pale brown and can sometimes have a pinkish tint. The wood usually has a straight, open grain, and is medium to coarse in texture. White Oak is a hard and heavy wood that is resistant to decay. It can be used for both exterior and interior furniture and joinery.

Black American Walnut

Black American Walnut ranges in colour from light greyish brown, through dark chocolate to purplish black with a creamy coloured sapwood. The slightly open grain is typically straight, but curly or wavy grain can also occur. This is a hard, tough and heavy wood that can stain and polish easily to a high finish. It is highly durable and resistant to decay.

Beech

Beech varies in colour from whitish to very pale brown, and may darken to a pale pinkish brown. It has a straight grain with a fine, even texture and a characteristic fleck. It is non durable and used for interior furniture and joinery.

Maple

Maple is a creamy white that darkens to a light tan. The grain is usually straight, but can sometimes be wavy or curly. It has a smooth, fine texture and has a high natural lustre. It is non durable and used for interior furniture and joinery.

European Oak

European Oak varies from light tan to biscuit or deep brown in colour. The grain is usually straight, but irregular or cross grain can occur. the texture is coarse with rays and growth rings showing an attractive figure. This is a hard, heavy and dense wood. It is highly durable and resistant to decay and can be used for both exterior and interior furniture and joinery.

Iroko

Iroko's colour can vary greatly between a golden-orange to dark brown. The grain in moderately interlocked, with a fairly coarse and even texture. It is highly durable and can used for both exterior and interior furniture and joinery.

Meranti

Meranti can be grey with a pinkish tinge, or pale pink to red. The grain is generally interlocked or crossed, and has a moderately coarse texture. It has poor to moderate durability and generally used for interior furniture and joinery.

Sycamore

Sycamore is a creamy white or yellowish white that darkens to a light golden brown on exposure. Typically straight grained, but sometimes wavy or curly, which can result in lacy or fiddleback figuring. It has a fine, even texture and is highly lustrous. It is non durable and used for interior furniture and joinery.

Sapele

Sapele is a pink colour when freshly cut that darkens to a red-brown or purple-brown on exposure. The grain is moderately interlocked or wavy. It has a moderately fine texture and a high golden lustre. The wood can exhibit an attractive range of figure, with ribbon, bee's wing and regular stripe. It is moderately durable and can be used for both exterior and interior furniture and joinery.

Tulipwood

Tulipwood is a wide creamy white streaked sapwood with a pale olive green to brown heartwood. It is usually straight grained with a fine and even texture. It is non durable and used for interior furniture and joinery.
