Cloakroom Walk in Wardrobe Furniture

Commissioning Process

Our commissioning process is designed to give you all the information, support and expertise you require whilst also giving you every opportunity to state your personal preferences. We want you to feel both guided and listened to. Here’s how it works:

Step 1 – Contact Us

Complete the ‘Get a quote’ form on our contact page, giving as much detail as possible – the more you can give, the more accurate the quote will be. Read about Our materials for some help.

Step 2 – Basic Design

Based on all the information you’ve provided, Tom will create a basic 3D rendered drawing specifying the proposed materials, which is used to establish a guide price.

Step 3 – Client Hub

If you want to go ahead, you’ll be provided with login details to the client hub, which you can access via this website. There, you’ll find your design along with specifications and costs based on the initial design brief. A written quotation will also be available to view.

Step 4 – Deposit

A non-returnable deposit is required to secure a place in the workshop schedule and a proposed delivery date is given.

Step 5 – Design Phase

During this part of the process, you can visit the workshop to view finishes and materials and see examples of how the furniture will come together. Samples can also be sent directly to your home. Any changes to the design, materials, finishes, hardware – and subsequent cost implications – are tracked within the client hub. The design phase is complete once you are happy with everything.

Step 6 – Manufacturing

We manufacture your furniture in our workshop, which you are welcome to visit at any point (although we do ask that you book ahead).

Step 7 – Delivery

A few weeks before your furniture is ready, we give you a specific date for its delivery based on the availability of a specialist driver who understands how to handle and care for furniture and, more importantly, perfectly painted panels and delicate pieces of glass and mirror.

Step 8 – Installation

Installation either follows immediately after delivery or the next day. We remove all waste created from the installation, recycling as much of it as we possibly can.

Step 9 – Final Invoice

You receive an invoice for the final payment (we ask that this is paid within 7 days of completion).

Step 10 ….

Enjoy!!
